Enjoyed 2 interesting brews: "The dude's Rug" (a spiced cider) & " Zombie Killer" ( a light mead). Both were refreshing after a late night at work. Then I thoroughly enjoyed the seaweed & octopus salad....VERY TASTY. Moved on to the sushi: Spider roll and the Atomic Bomb roll. Both were fantastic!!!!! The right touch of spice on both. I always enjoy good sushi as I remember my father, Richard, who taught my the appreciation of good sushi, how to properly use chop sticks, and many other things through life.......Missing you Dad (These 10+ Years)... but remembering you fondly tonight......Still Loving You ALWAYS... GREAT FOOD.......try it sometime.... PS....Mitch is a great bartender and fantastic on customer service... as are the sushi chefs and the other staff.....

The hibachi style food is fresh and very good. A little pricey but worth it when you factor in good food, fun atmosphere, food cooked tableside and an Asian knife show

It's not very often that this happens, but my husband and I got an exclusive dinner show. There weren't any more guests that were arriving and we had been sitting for almost 15 minutes and since no other customers came in, we received an exclusive show. The show was comical and thrilling. Delicious food!!!

The sushi and hibachi are the very best in town. The hibachi chefs are always entertaining and polite. The bartenders here are absolutely fantastic with impeccable service. Try the purple haze sake....it's wonderful. I've never had a bad experience at Ukai and frequently chose Ukai to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Bento for lunch is amazing, good service, good drinks. We typically just do sushi and there is rarely a wait on that side of the restaurant. Been a patron for years and will be for many more.
