I enjoyed Ultra very much. So much to see!  Great bargains because of Christmas!!! I will be returning soon!!! Everyone was so nice.  This was my first visit!

Everyone is super nice. All the staff spoke to me as a walked by. The associate that helped me was really friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. That's really helpful because I hate talking to someone who doesn't know about what they sale. I was recommended some great products.  I love how they show they product on the back of their hands, so I can see the consistency and color, or even the bristols on a brush.

Always out of stock of the items my fiance wants. You would think they would keep there best selling items in stock. Like one reviewer said the customer service is definitely lacking at this store. It's a farther drive but we always have to drive to Greensboro to get the things she needs.

Have had a great experience here when it comes to simply shopping for makeup; the staff aren't so pressuring when it comes to asking if you need assistance. Also, the salon is wonderful as well! Had a great haircut by Kerry. She listened to everything I asked for and made great conversation. Highly recommend this Ulta for all beauty needs!
