I've gone here for years and I'm always happy.  I've had a few different stylist, but I tend to always stick with Lorraine and I have never been disappointed.  My social anxiety is insanely high, it will take me months to build up the courage to get my haircut but she always makes me feel relaxed and confident.  Prices are pretty fair and if you need any products they are right there too!  Great place, great people.

I have been to Kara at Beauty Brands 3 times now. She is AMAZING. They always fit me in with great ease, the prices are insanely fair... the cut and color I leave with is exactly what I want and in a timely fashion!!  I was even surprised how Gentle Kara was with everything, washing my hair ..styling... eye brow waxing. I even commented it to her because it was such a different experience! It was great and relaxing! 
Beauty Brands is always clean, fun , and very easy to get too. The staff is always kind and polite. I have been suggesting them to all my friends.. AND I will suggest them to you!! Ask for KARA!

Ashley is great.  I relocated to NC a couple years ago, and tried several stylists with little success - seems like they all thought I should be a strawberry blonde (not good for me).   Ashley listened to what I wanted, and now my hair looks better than it has in two years.  She does an amazing job on my hair.  I'll definitely follow wherever she works.  I have to say, everyone at Beauty Brands are very helpful and pleasant.

They insist you can't bring your hair washed and that they need to wash it and they don't even really wash it. They barely soak it in water and shampoo, no massage at all. They girl that did my hair was unexperienced, pulled my hair several times, my hair would get stuck in the brush and the blowout turned out a mess. After she was done I ran mt fingers through my hair and it was still wet! I felt like I just wanted to go home and wash it all over again. Horroble job, never coming back.

Ashley was referred to me by my daughter when my hairdresser went another direction.  She was excellent!  She listens, offered suggestions, which I asked for, and did a fantastic job.  I will continue to see Ashley for all of my cuts and colors!!!
