The ladies here were so rude. Not welcoming at all. They made me feel uncomfortable, I had no desire to even buy anything because of the service. Need to check there professional attitudes!

I had a coupon and a gift card and the cashierdidn't want to bother with it simply because she didn't know how to do it. Very unprofessional. I usually go to the one in Sandusky and they are so sweet and courteous.

I always get fantastic service when I go in here. Most of the girls have a great knowledge of the products whether it be high end or drugstore. On a whim I decided to see if the salon had time to trim my hair. And Stevie squeezed me right in. I have long hair and get very nervous about having someone new cut it but Stevie gave me the best hair cut of my life. She really listened to me and gave me the most playful layers. She also helped me pick out some new products that are really working good for my hair. She is really good at what she does and not to mention hilarious. She will crack you up the whole time you are in her chair. Plus if it's your first time don't forget to ask for the coupon which is usually 25% or 30% off. I'll definitely be back to see Stevie!
