I love Ulta- order online all the time. I enjoy a trip to the store now and then too get to see (and smell!) products in real life before I buy. Something about the selection in this store underwhelms me. The Long Island locations seem to have a larger variety of low and mid priced skincare. The layout is a bit odd as I always get trapped in the middle isles with lots of other bargain shoppers. Also, I've never had staff approach me with an offer to help or give suggestions.

Good place to get hands and eyeballs on hair, beauty, and personal care brands. Hectic and difficult to navigate on a weekday evening, so one can only imagine how much worse it might be in the weekend. Exceptionally outgoing staff. I didn't see the promotions circular prominently displayed, but many shelves were tagged with special offers. Bring your shopping list, your app, and plenty of patience.

So happy to finally have an ULTA in NYC, especially since its walking distance from my apartment. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years. This new location is huge!  No overcrowding like another similar store and an awesome rewards program that really lets you save points for the items you want, not what they want you to want. Best of all, their staff is welcoming and eager to help.

Had a great time. From the minute, got a friendly greet then had someone to help me through out my visit. She was helpful didn't try to sell me any product I didn't need or want and gave me a real review about some of the products I was looking for. It is a must in New york.

This place is amazing.  It's very clean and organized.  The staff was very helpful without being pushy and they were very knowledgeable about the products.  It was crowded when I was there and my wait in line was maybe 2 minutes max. I'll definitely be going there again.
