If you are are ever lucky enough to have Beatrice on the Urban Decay section of the store you'll be in for a treat.  She is very knowledgeable about all the store's  products as well as being an excellent ambassador for her line.  She was an amazing help in rejuvenating my tired old makeup routine in a nice way without making me fell bad for not staying current.

Really rude customer service. Literally went in to buy/ask a question about 1 thing. Waited in the line (I was the only one in line), politely while the 1 person at the desk was on the phone with another customer. Another lady came behind the register, so I went over there, but she went to the other associate to switch places (I still had not been acknowledged). The distraught associate that was on the phone, gets off the phone, completely ignoring me and helps the next customer. I said "Hello I've been waiting," to which she and this customer that just got there said with an attitude "She was already helping me/I was helping her first, you will be next." Unless she appeared out of thin air within the 5 minutes I was up there I'm not sure when that had taken place. Don't give me an attitude for just stating a simple fact. I don't need to shop at this Ulta with these employees. I'll go to Sephora from now on. Besides if you're helping someone and they leave, while you answer the phone, wouldn't you just check out the first person or at LEAST acknowledge them? Say hello, smile, anything?

I go to this Ulta to buy my normal makeup product all of the time. I also get my hair done in the salon and I absolutely LOVE Lisa Diaz! She is the only hair stylist that I will go to! She always has the best intentions for her clients and how they can take care of their hair outside of Ulta between visits. I love the "cocktail" of hair color that she uses to give me a dark mahogany brown color. I have already referred someone to her and they absolutely loved Lisa as well! I can't wait to schedule my next appointment!

I've been following stylist Lisa Diaz for years. My hair was in horrible shape when I started having her do my hair. I also had a pile of products I was going to purchase. Lisa put them all back and showed me what I needed. Lisa is honest and ALWAYS has her client's best interest first. My hair is in the best shape it's ever been in.
