I shop here often. The staff is very helpful. If you need help finding products and want a honest answer regarding your needs, I would ask for Ashley. She will take the time to find product's that will work for you and recommends alternatives if you cannot afford the latest products on the market. She is great and I spend around 100 dollars or more every time I shop there because of her knowledge. Thanks for the wonderful service!

Great help and clean bright store. Living in South Georgia it does get a little warm in there. My only recommendation would be to bump down the thermostat. Other than that, I highly recommend.

I just found out that you could return a product that you were not satisfied with and get something else, so that's what I did today. I wanted a foundation that was super nice and light, so when I got done returning my other foundation, I asked and was kindly directed to the Tarte section. Not finding exactly what I was looking for, I was approached by this lovely girl who asked if I needed some help. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately directed me to the Smashbox section which I was a little eery about because I couldn't remember if they were cruelty-free or not, so she suggested a Philosophy tinted moisturizer which I fell in love with. We got that and she showed me a few Algenist samples, which is a brand that I haven't heard of. We looked at some color correcting drops (I have hella redness) and creams and she was very knowledgeable on the products and brand. It's an all natural brand which I really liked and she expressed her love for the brand as well. She offered free samples so I could try it before I bought it. She was great. I didn't catch her name, but she's very pale skinned, has bangs with like a strawberry blonde/brown color hair. I loved everything she showed me, so if you need to go to Ulta for anything, definitely ask for her. Today was my best Ulta experience and I've never ever had a bad one. Kudos to management for hiring knowledgeable and helpful employees. Really impressed!

If you like make-up, then this is the place for you! We went looking for some make-up setting spray and other special items. The salespeople were very helpful and knew their merchandise well. They could give us the pros and cons to the various products.

I love shopping here but the associates that are there to help you, rarely do. I find myself getting lost in the great vastness of all the brand's, colors and different products. Sometimes it would be nice to actually get someone to help me make up my mind about what I want or think I need.
