Very helpful.  I bought more than I planned cause the associate was so patient with me. What i wanted was not in the store in my size so she suggested that I order it on line. Thanks for a great experience.

I went in today looking for a pair of socks similar to a pair I had ordered online. I asked this manager, Lucy i think is her name, where they are located. She scoffed and walked off. She was extremely rude and I will not be shopping at this JCPenney from now on.
