If I could five them 0 stars, I would. I spend a lot of money at various Ultas and the Oak Park location. was the worse experience I have ever had. The cashier was rude and the employees in the store acted like I was bothering them when I asked a question.  I will NEVER shop at this location ever again.  Maybe they should get training from Sephora employees, who are very helpful!

Beauty heaven.  Variety in brands and prices.  Cosmetics, grooming tools, perfume, etc..
Best part: lots of help and no sales pressure. I feel so great going here even for one item, and have been happy with every purchase.

Beauty retailer offering a huge variety of beauty products for both men and women (hair, skin, nails, etc). The only thing is they are a little over priced. You can find some of the more basic products at places like Walmart for a lot less. The only thing I really go here for is their perfumes/colognes. If I can't find what I'm looking for at Marshall's or TJ Maxx, I go here instead of Macy's or any other major department store.
