I was impressed by the reps service at first, he was really friendly and I thought everything was set up correctly. I even recommended him and the location to a few people. I then talked to an agent at the Verizon Customer Service and informed me that this store is a third party vendor which means I was being charged fees that Verizon does not usually charge and that my account was set up incorrectly. They instructed me to take all of the equipment back to the location. SO I did over a month ago. I am still waiting to get reimbursed for some of the equipment. Very disappointed.

I will not do business with this store anymore and I recommend that you consider alternative store instead as well. I went there looking to transfer from another carrier, they promised all kinds of things that later turned out to be untrue. Jamia is the one I dealt with, the guy has no shame at all, he will say anything and later deny it. I strongly advise that you have them document everything they tell you to avoid future denial. When you are asking questions, he tells you things that are totally untrue hopping that when you find out you will not reverse the transaction. The store is not a full Verizon store.

Staff knowledgeable and not in a rush. Quiet store, little waiting. Small, so selection limited.

They have every state-of-the-art phone that are real turned on demo units that are fully testable unlike best buy toy models. Excellent knowledgeable staff who know their business. If your looking for the latest phone this is the place to go.
