The employees are very rude and I feel like they always ignore me whenever I try to get help . I only go here cuz I love makeup alot but since I keep experiencing rude service I'm going to just go to Sephora instead and not even bother with this store anymore (Also they always think I'm stealing which I'm not at all . Then when I went to the salon there the lady was so rude and acted so snotty she told me "you can never get the same results from a box hair dye unlike u can here " and just walked away . Once again very rude employees)

Employees are polite but not knowledge. I was told about a product that had "25 vitamins" but actually it had 25 benefits.... lol. NOT VITAMINS. But she sold me into thinking how it had all of these vitamins but when I got home and read the bottle it listed 25 benefits. I still love the product but make sure you research the product first to back up what they're telling you, haha.

I made the mistake of letting someone other than Chris at the Brow Bar do my eyebrows and needless to say they messed them up. So, I just wanted to give Chris a shout-out for going out of his way to get me squeezed into his already full schedule and fixing them. I will never see anyone other then Chris! Thank you for your wonderful service.

They are not true to their promo. My experience is terrible and the cashier Kasandra is rude and rolled her eyes at me. Stocked your store properly, so can stay true what you are promoting.

Everytime i go they never have what im looking for in stock!!! Like EVER...and ontop of it they are always looking at me like im stealing....(with the exception of one nice employee)
