Was very disappointed more so after our time here at this spa. Went with a very close friend on a Saturday for a moms day out to relax. Were were both booked for a package that included a massage and medi/pedi. They called my friend back for her massage and I was told it would be a bit longer. 45 minutes later I am still waiting for my massage (we both had a scheduled appointment at the same time). Turns out they were overbooked, I ended up passing on my masssge as my friend would be finishing up with her masssge and I was still waiting to even start mine. Eventually we both ended up getting our medi/pedi which did take a while and by then end of our time their the staff seemed to rushing to finish up (had been there for about 3 hours) Now the staff was very nice and due to me missing my massage the owner was nice to comp our manicure. Both my friend and I ended up getting gel polish on our toes. So couple hours later we noticed that most of our toe polish had come off. This of course was upsetting as it is polish that is supposed to last a couple weeks not a coupe hours and pedicures are still not cheap. I have since called the spa twice leaving a message for the owner to call back with no response. Overall not a good experience and very bad customer service.

Lash extensions were too big in diameter for my lashes and pinched and hurt me they were very hard not natural feeling at all. They broke off lots of my lashes. I've had Nova lashes at another place and they were soft and natural could not tell they were not mine.
