The phone wait is anywhere from 23 minutes to 45 minutes! The " learning doctors" are pleasant but do not seem to know enough to be working by themselves. They had me going to the wrong hospitals for tests and the wrong coding on the tests which had me traveling back and forth between hospitals several times when I was in a great deal of pain. I couldn't get through to the on call doctors when needed. Some receptionist were pleasant and some receptionist were rude. I had been transferred from one phone line to another(after waiting 45 minutes) and frequently disconnected. After one month of excruciating pain, they still did not offer a diagnosis or relief from the pain. I was able to get an ultrasound and Ct scan at an emergency room after a four hour wait. They gave me a diagnosis and pain relief. Then when this facility received the emergency room's diagnosis, it wasn't "good enough" for them and they did not re-prescribe the medication that offered me relief but prescribed a medication that I already told them didn't work! No further tests or therapy was recommended by them, I have since been searching for relief or a cure on my own. Terrible place to be treated at. They had me feeling like they were giving me charity or if I was a criminal instead of a patient that was paying for my services. Don't go here! There has to be somewhere better! I have never been treated with such a lack of compassion and professionalism in my life. Totally disgusted with this place!
