UMB BANK TOPEKA KANSAS: 
Whatever you do avoid this bank.  They treated me worse than any company I've ever dealt with in my entire life.  They are incompetent to say the least. I complained once to their complaint line and asked for a call back from a supervisor in the loan department 2 months ago and never received a call.  We are going to be complaining to the state banking commission. They gave us the run around for 3 months on our loan. Refusing to give us much information and then rejecting us based on something they were provided on day 1 by our lawyer.  DO NOT USE THEM.

AVOID THEM COMPLETELY AT ALL COST!
