Inefficient. They don't make appointments which is very inconvenient

My wife and I were there for opening a joint checking account but the guy opened 4 additional accounts without our knowledge or consent - we never wanted any individual savings and credit card accounts. We never wanted or asked for these accounts. No wonder why it took 1+ hour for him to set everything up, kept saying system is slow. This was during 2011-12 but thought to update the review with these details to emphasize on this issue -  aside from Wells Fargo, there are also other banks involved with such act. Hopefully UMB is next in line to uncover their employees' wrong doing.
