Decided to try this burger place out, based on the other reviews i was wondering if during the pandemic, the service and food quality would be better because restaurants want to gain and keep customers, not so much with this place. Upon entering, there is a sign that says to seat yourself which is fine, but half the restaurant was marked as reserved, so only 1 booth already seated, a couple, no one else in the place, so we sat in a non-reserved table.  It was only about 10 minutes before we saw an employee, a gentleman came out, went to the table with the couple, didn't even look at us and we are at the table next to them, talked to them for a minute, turned around and returned to the kitchen, not a word,  i mentioned to my girlfriend how this was apparently how the reviews said the restaurant works. The lady at the table mentioned it was her brother, i said it's just what the reviews say about the service.  Not to long after, the waitress came and took our order, she was very nice and very attentive, kept an eye on us, topped off our drinks and brought out the food when it was ready and hot.  However, the gentlemen that came out was a cook apparently and from our short experience with him, he is not a people person, and i watched him through the serving window just goofing off and talking, there was a second cook in the kitchen it looked like, probably the cook preparing our food because he clearly is neither a people person nor a cook that cares.  For the food, the appetizers were great, we had onion rings and fried mushrooms, at least those were not overcooked, the burgers on the other hand, burnt, the bacon on my girlfriend's burger was charcoal black and mine was short of that, both burgers were also overcooked and the meat dry. The season fries my girlfriend had been also overcooked and regular fries were just shy of burned but still to dry and hard to really eat.  I can only give this review a 2 star because we had great service from our waitress, and the appetizers were good.  Don't come here if you're looking for a decent burger, go elsewhere.

If you’re in a hurry……. I still don’t think you’ll be too late . Bacon looked burnt but didn’t have the taste ‍ I was going to send it back if it did. Burger was still juicy and I can’t say it was disappointing. If you want a home cooked burger like your older uncle would make to impress you then I do recommend this place.

Damn good mushroom swish burger and seasoned fries. Best burger I've had in a good while. Would have been five stars had I not observed the waitress/front of house help with the sniffles wiping her nose, prepping sauce containers, and licking her fingers without any hand washing in between. Might need a bit of a cross contamination and ServSafe training to refresh on how to properly handle food. Otherwise this is an outstanding hole in the wall establishment with great food.

First time trying Uncle Tony's. I called in at lunch for an order for pickup and got an answering machine. The message said they were probably very busy. I called right back and the girl who answered the phone sounded like I just woke her up. When I went to pick up my order there wasn't a single person eating in the entire restaurant, not what I was expecting. The girl behind the counter who I assume also answered the phone saw me come in, but didn't even greet me a "hello." The "manager" came around the corner carrying cups, made eye contact with me, but also did not say hello. After I paid, she immediately picked up her cell phone. To be honest, she looked hungover. So, let's talk about the food. I had the rattlesnake burger which promised to be "spicy." It wasn't. A 1/10 on the spice meter. It tasted of jalapenos but no spice. It also said "seasoned to perfection." It wasn't. Could've used more seasoning and my friend who got the Chela Cheeseburger agreed it could use more seasoning. The fries, however were great.....fresh cut like real potato fries.  Here is my breakdown of Uncle Tony's: Atmosphere: 2/10. Customer Service: 1/10. Burger: 6/10. Fries: 8/10. And that's all I have to say about that.

Excellent service. Me and my daughter shared the veggie burger. Was crispy and delicious, we shared pickle chips and the fries and it was perfect for two not-starving girls.

Awesome Lunch!  Arrived at noon on Wednesday, 12/8/21.  The lunch menu offered M-F from 11-3 contains 4 choices.  I opted for the chicken tenders basket with fresh cut fries.  $7.50.  This is not the arches or the king.  If you want your food in a minute or two, you should go somewhere else.  Food here is prepped and cooked TO ORDER!  It is amazing.  The fries are cut and cooked at the restaurant.  Served slightly salted.  The tenders are not tenderloins.  Instead, they are slices of chicken breast.  Each weighs about 3-4 ounces!  Two chicken breast strips in my Tender Basket were too hot to eat upon arrival to my table.  I chose honey mustard as my dipping sauce.  Because the tenders are so large, the TWO tenders that come with the lunch basket was plenty of food.  There is a help wanted sign in the store's window.  One employee was running the dining room.  Taking orders, delivering orders and bussing tables.  A man Uncle Tony? and one other employee were preparing the meals in the kitchen.  The restaurant was more than half full at lunch with most customers appearing to be local office staff.  The process takes a few minutes after ordering.  Again, everything is made to order here.  The tenders were cooked golden brown with a delicious coating.  The fries had just the right amount of salt when they arrived from the kitchen.  Wonderful place, staff and delicious food!

Really good burgers!  Like, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Seasoned fries were really good.  Service was relatively quick and the staff that we talked to were nice.  The burgers were a little bit pricey, but worth it.  If you haven't been here already, go here... you won't regret it. I went with 2 different people, who all had different burgers, and they all thought theirs were really good.  /edit - went again and same experience!  One of the best burgers I've ever had.

Can't say enough good things about the food here! Jalapeno caps were sooo amazing and fried to perfection, the Juicy Tony burger was insanely juicy and tasty and the mozzarella sticks you could tell were handmade and very good! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.

Uncle Tony's Cafe...no one told me...OMG!  Ok so we had an appointment on Sawdust. Said hey let's try this place. Best decision I have made today.  Starting with the mozzarella sticks and the kid is happy. I try the Chela 1/3# burger on a sweet sourdough bun. I add bacon and grilled onions to mine with the side of onion rings.  The wifey gets the Juicy Tony which was my choice but she ordered first with fries and the Izzy gets the mini corn dogs with tots.  Large portions of everything. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered as well as what we shared with each other. This is a great place. Wish we knew sooner but we will definitely be back.  Way to go !

Had an Uncle Tony's burger from their food truck at Lone Pint Brewery. Burger was fresh and delicious. The fried pickles were the best I have had in a long while.
