I would give it ZERO star i ordered onion rings and southwest salad for my dinner but when i got home i openedy food, damn!! It was so nesty and very old and cold grilled chicken piece and onion rings are burnt i was like:  really i paid almost $12 for THIS food i was so hungry and i didn't eat that food i was tired from work that's why i couldn't make something at home at the end i had to sleep hungry. I just don't understand if we pay for the food why they give old and cold food to the costumers and after read costumers comments why store managers do not take any step to make it better? If you guys keep continue doing that one day no one wanna go "JACK IN THE BOX" anymore

I have never gotten a salad with" grill"-cold chicken inside. I love southwest salad, I normally get it from another location, and the chicken always comes out well grilled, hot, and in a separate box, Got so disappointed with my food.Food: 2/5

Order online. Food was ready and hot. When I got there. Gave me good customer service by making sure our meal was done the way we ordered it. It was a clean atmosphere in the store.. See you again when I'm in the area again...Food: 5/5

I asked for curly fries and instead got regular fries, and half of those fries were soggy and the other half overcooked and crunchy, it was gross. The ketchup packets they gave me were covered in something nasty and sticky. The home style ranch chicken club did have fresh lettuce and tomato which was good, but the chicken was over-fried and almost rubbery in some spots. The only good part of the meal was the sprite zero. Overall, a bad experience and I won't eat there again. There are plenty of other places just over 45 to get good food and a good experience, don't waste your money here.

I was heading back to College Station from visiting my sister in Texas City. I was starving. I pulled off to go to another Jack In The Box but for some reason I jumped back on the freeway until I reached this one. NOW I KNOW WHY. I was waiting for my food when a young guy came in and ordered water. That was a sign he could be homeless. I walked over to him and asked if he was homeless and he said yes. I asked him if he was hungry and he said he was starving. I took him to the counter and told him to order what he wanted. Bless his heart..he only wanted 2 small double meat cheese burgers and ff. He must of said Thank you 20 times. I had someone ask me a stupid question. They said ma'am your white and this guy is black. Why did you help him. I don't see color in people I saw someone who was hungry so I fed him and gave him enough money to eat again. WHY IS IT Everything is about race now days. Why can't it just be about people helping people. I PRAY That if you are out eating & you see someone hungry that you will feed them & not be concerned about the color of their skin.  I have to say the young lady working behind the counter was so sweet and made sure my food was fixed as I had asked. It's hard to find friendly people now days but she was awesome.

I went up there and asked for plain tacos with just meat and cheese and they put lettuce on my tacos. I bit into the taco and it was cold and tasted like fish  and I’m surprised because I always get tacos and it was like they were rushing this time to get the order out the window my fries were cold and and the lettuce for my salad was also bad I never leave reviews but this was just a horrible experience for me and I’m always going to this Jack in the box location so it’s surprising to me

Every time we try to get food here they say they are closed.  Multiple reviews on this store say they are being told they closed at 11.  Just stopped by at 10:30 and the person in the drive thru told us that they were closed.  They even felt it necessary to laugh at us when we asked them to explain why they were closed if they have people in line and all the lights are on.  What are the hours of this store? It isn't clear at all.

They deserve zero stars. Always rude , and they turn people away saying they only accept doordash orders after 10pm, but they have a 24 hour sign on their window. They will just laugh at you and say "sorry for the inconvenience" Trash location. Don't bother going here.

Was on the road to Dallas from deer park tx and needed a bite to eat and the food was on point The service was even better.. in fact I think the food was better because it came with great service! I wish I lived closer to that location.Food: 5/5

Horrible location. Don't answer the phone ever. Have had to get a refund everytime we go because they forget a whole meal.
