The staff here are friendly and helpful. I had initial problems w online application and all people were patient & helpful. This is so appreciated given fact that i was not feeling well over this employment issue.

Drove close to an hour to resolve a hold on my account w multiple paperwork substantiating my claims. The representative told me things I could have found out by listening to the automated service in a whopping 5 minute conversation. She didn't even glance or ask to see my paperwork. Completely useless appointment and did absolutely nothing to help me.

They closed down the office in Toms River two years ago so now they have double the work here, now I have to go here and the service is amazing. I know we all go in there pissed off but they do all they can. As long as you have everything correct and all your paperwork, you're leaving there with a weight lifted from your shoulders!

I visited the facility this morning anticipating the worst and my experience was......THE OPPOSITE! I worked with Patrick and he was courteous, capable, skilled, and very helpful. I went in with 2 issues I needed help with and had them both resolved in under 12 minutes. Don't hesitate to use this office................my experience was marvelous.
