First of all. All the employees behind the glass should wear a name badge so the customers know their name and know they work there. There isn't a business I know that allow employees to wear jeans and sweat shirts to work and worst of all, no identification badge. I tried to get my problem that I have every 2 months and this Spanish tells me " I don't care what your hear for, bring all your paystubs for the the past 2 years because we have no record of you". I told him the ALJ have it and he denied me service and refused to get his supervisor. Worst customer service.

Had an appointment went in very quick. From the Security Officer who was very professional and helpful in directing everyone to the office worker who processed my case the experience was excellent. I huge turn around from days of old.

Service is great. Security officer tells you exactly what to do to make it fast. And the guy on the window did his job great. It was quick. It only took around a min to maje it.
