I am a Move On When Ready student and I went to pick up my books on the dedicated pickup dates for the MOWR students. I drove 30 min to go get them just to find out that they had not even prepared my box. They said to just keep coming back and checking to see if they had come in. Well, I've been up there five times now within a three week period and I still only have one book. This is ridiculous because with all the money I have wasted on gas driving up there I could have just bought the books on Amazon. Keep in mind that my books are supposed to be free and there is no reason that I should have to pay because the bookstore can't get their part put together.

Drove 40 minutes to pick up MOWR books to be greeted by a very unfriendly and negative employee. Then to find out they don't have one of the books I need and the other class required only an access code!! So now I'll have to make another trip because of an error. My "lecture" from said employee was sure to include all the consequences of mistake/error for students---but nothing about my inconvenience. Staff should be instructed in how to do their job in a positive manner!!!!!!! Not the "face" UNG should have dealing with the public.

I am a dual-enrollment student this semester, and I am already disappointed with this place. When I go to the book store to get my books (as a dual enrollment student, they are supposed to make a box for you with your books already ready because they are paid for), they only have one of my books in the box. They couldn't locate the other three, so I had to sit for 20 minutes from them to figure that out. All the while, they are taking their time drinking coffee and watching the line increase as they are talking to their buddies at the counter. I find out today they gave me the wrong version of what I needed for one of my classes when I am supposed to be taking a quiz on it. This bookstore needs to be run by mature adults and not a bunch of sloppy teenagers. So sick of this.
