This specific branch signed me up for credit card that I did not want nor need.  I came in about a year and a half ago desperate to cancel my debit card and get a new one because I had lost my wallet.  Instead of just doing what I asked, I was signed up for a credit card right on the spot.  "I gave you another credit card, here ya go." I was told, without even being asked; without any confirmation.  So I left with the card and decided just to cancel it, no big deal...wrong.  Canceling this card then lowered my credit score, and I was not able to have any credit agency put a footnote saying I had been scammed, as a lawyer friend of our family suggested, so the damage is still there.  At no point was I made aware of the risks involved with such a card.  I would like to find the young man who did this, but apparently he is at another branch or quit.  Managers just blamed the kid, acted oblivious, and that's not right either.  Wrong moves by everyone up and down this company.

Anderson Silveira is an amazing manager with incredible customer service! I went into Wells Fargo after getting the run around over the phone. Anderson was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and after a few phone calls he was able to help reconcile the situation!

I couldn't pay a bill right then and there and one of the managers made a rude comment how I would rather spend my money on having fun than paying wells  Fargo.. No I had to spend it on my living expenses! They are so rude here.
