Metal detectors and a sally-port to enter and exit. Seems very secure even though they don't seem to pay attention to the metal detector. The service was fast and friendly. I was there top deposit money in someone's account and the transaction went smoothly. The money was received quickly.

I haven't been to other branches, but this branch has alway been very helpful and friendly every time I have been there.  Their system for getting in and out is a little bit of a pain, but it is really a pretty minor inconvenience for a bank with good service.

Place is a joke! Cant even cash out legit union vacation checks for the hard-working american.

Union Bank is Pathetic! Horrible customer service, very few locations!
Customer with us for 30 years...so what! We don't care!
