All I can say is that whatever you order will exceed your expectations and you will get your money's worth.  You may have to be patient with whoever helps you because they are pretty busy, and at times you may not hear back from them as quickly as you want.  BUT THEY WILL GET BACK to you. Great customer service + quality work = Very happy customer. If you live in another state, they will work with you and very well (I live in the Chicago area).  Thank you, Kerry.

When purchasing an engagement ring like I was, it helped to have the exceptional service and accommodating feel that Laurie and the rest of the Union Diamond staff gave me. Whether it was after hours phone calls  or emails, they made sure I had everything needed for the biggest moment of my life, and that I had the ring I wanted in my hand in time. You can design the ring that YOU want, and pick the diamond YOU want without worrying about a jeweler who might have a hidden agenda. You'll be blown away because the price for what you are getting is EXCEPTIONAL. Then you are blown away again when you realize that it will be in your possession within only a few days. I think it was four or five days in my case (from the time I actually purchased it), and I was only about 13 days away from Christmas Eve. If you are worried about what to do if you need to have the ring cleaned, sized, repaired, etc, don't worry. I needed to have my fiancée's ring cleaned, and I literally had it back two days after I sent it in. My diamond ring came with authentic certification and an appraisal so I can immediately have it insured. 

Incredible quality, incredible prices, incredible service. I highly recommend Union Diamond.

Union came to me as a recommendation.  I am so thankful for going to visit!  Jeff walked me through one of the most important decisions of my life and I could not have done it without his guidance.  Like most, I shopped around and Union not only beat others on price, but the level of customer service, and their custom designs.  They spent hours working with me on the perfect engagement ring, were never pushy, were educational, and the final product blew me away.  They won me over and I will be back in the future for my next purchase.

This place is the BEST place to go to get jewelry or get you're jewelry fixed they are fast and its a good price they will always be the place for me best place ever
