Story

We’ve declared it on our website, spoken it in both the Amsterdam Walk and Decatur Square locations, and encouraged it through each customer we meet. Worthmore Jewelers chose the name as a symbol for what Harris Botnick hoped the store to be when he first opened in 1993: Worth More. This stands for everything from the jewelry, to the employees, to the art adorning the walls. At Worthmore, we bring the eclectic, the beautiful, and the truly unique all together in one place for the jewelry world to admire.

Glenn gave me incredible service. I had no idea what I was really looking for in an engagement ring. He was informative and patient, helped me find a great ring. If there were more stars they would get them!!! I bought my daughters college graduation gift from these guys and I was blown away. I bought her diamond earrings and these guys knocked it out of the park Harris, Geri and Peggy are rock stars (no pun intended). Thanks guys, and I will be back for a Shinola or two shortly. Thanks a bunch.

TL;DR--I was in the market for an engagement ring and Worthmore had the best customer service and atmosphere. Juliana, or Boo, was great to work with and was accommodating to all of my needs. More detail, I went into Worthmore and a few other jewelers back in December with the plan that I was going to get a ring by March. Worthmore had a better feel than any of the other stores I went to--it was a down-to-earth store that wasn't pretentious like other stores I went to. I met Juliana who took the time to understand what I was looking for and my time horizon. Unlike other stores, I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase that day or hear back a week later to check in. Juliana respected my time horizon and didn't pressure me at all. Being new to the market, I did a bit of research in advance but Juliana took the time to walk me through all of the key information when purchasing a diamond. Everything she said matched what I had read and really established a trust that I appreciated. I considered online retailers, but after feeling the high level of customer service, I knew I was at the right place Once I knew what I was looking for, Juliana corresponded with me whenever there was something new and exciting to look at. I appreciated that she was always looking for what came out on the market to find the perfect diamond for us. After making the purchase, Juliana reached out to ask me how the proposal went and to offer showing my fiance how best to care for the diamond. We went in this past weekend where both the owner of the store and Juliana walked my fiance on how to best care and maintain the ring. The owner emphasized to come in anytime to get the ring cleaned. It was great to work with a store that stands behind their work and is happy to see you even after you complete the purchase. Although I'm not planning on buying another engagement ring, they definitely have a loyal customer in us for all of our jewelry needs.

My partner and I are blown away by the friendly, personal and professional experience that we received while purchasing our wedding rings at Worthmore. We had just 21 days to get our rings ready for our wedding. Harris and everyone there stepped up and made it happen! Worthmore Jewelers is unique and one of a kind, just like our rings. I highly recommend and do refer anyone looking for a unique and superb jeweler to Worthmore!
