It's been a while since I've been at the District so when I visited on Tuesday for lunch, I was pleasantly surprised by the Union Market.  It was my first time visiting the Union Market and I absolutely love the charm of the place.  There are a few unique eateries inside and a few boutique shops.  There's even a barber shop and a lounge/bar.  It wasn't crowded for a Tuesday lunch hour and it is totally dog friendly! Looking forward to going back.

Trendy market type place with small shops and restaurants. The center of the market has a hip bar.

This place is a rip off and takes severe advantage of small businesses.  It's not worth going to and Irvine Spectrum is way better.  This place is unoriginal and built by people who like to steal and copy from others.

This type of marketplace is trendy. It's very difficult to navigate this market. The food places are mediocre. I'd recommend the Popsicles and that's it.
