Waiting on the phone to make an appointment for over an hours is beyond understanding. SS employees are the worst to deal with to start of....And waiting three to four hours at waiting area filled up with disrespectful noise people are unacceptable. The announcing speaker is so loud that I had to cover my ears. I'm Still waiting to make an appointment to change my name on card. Unacceptable place to try to wait for something do be done with so many children running around, parents who should have never been parents on first place accompanying those children are as loud as their children. It's like a playground for those who can't understand the difference between inside and outside voice. Couldn't stay there after all that noise, it seems that all the ghetto are flashed into that room at once. So disappointed to visit a federal office and see that tax payers money doesn't work as it should. One star is away too much for this place.

I have been to this office 2 or 3 times. It has been a good experience each time. The people are professional, helpful and friendly. It's a good idea to make an appointment. Walk-in's might have to wait quite a while although the time I did that I didn't wait too long. All in all, it was a positive experience.

It's the closest one to me.Plus I have to go that way any way for my doctor's appointment before I go there.As far as the people are concerned, I haven't met them yet so after I do, I will definitely give all of you beautiful yet curious people the low down on the Motley Crue of different people I will have the pleasure of meeting.Hopefully they are nice to me. I pray that I'm not walking into the Twilight zone!!!!!Ooops have to go, I have Rod Sterling on line 2!!!!L0L!

I wad on hold for an hour, the woman who picked up was bitter and nasty. She was throwing financial language at me and when I asked for clarification she said "clearly that doesn't pertain to you if you don't understand what it is" and when I asked for further clarification, she hung up the phone. Mind you, I waiting for a HOUR to speak with someone. I don't can't if you're a government office, I really hope no one has to deal with this, and this nasty, old woman should not be picking up calls.
