Came here on April 24th to get shellac nails done for vacation. 2 days later while I was on vacation they literally just started peeling off from the bottom, all of them on both of my hands!! I was so frustrated because I paid over $30, I was really upset. Fast forward I come back from vacation and I come here to try to explain to them what happened, the lady didn't even look at me, I was explaining to her what happened she said no that's not possible, and I should have came to do a "color" change otherwise she can't do anything about it. What color change when they all fell off? It was the weirdest thing ever, never experienced anything like this before! Anyways the lady was super rude and she did not help me at all, apparently she can't do anything about it and I just wasted over $30 for nothing. I just walked out because there was no help at all!!!! Super disappointed in the service and the quality. Will never recommend to anyone and will never come here ever again.

This is my nail spa of choice. The ladies, and occasional gentleman are always great, nice, and super attentive to my nail designs. They're quick and efficient, provide a great service at decent prices. I convince my partner to come with me on occasion and he never feels out of place there. They make everyone feel welcome. I've been to other places that provide sloppy work, but have never had an issue with the result of coming here.

My Husband and I have been coming to this salon for years. We started with the owner in another location, and followed with the Salon moved into their expanded & upgraded location. My husband is diabetic and his foot care is very important. His doctor was very impressed. I love and trust the services we receive here. I also like that the staff will give you truthful advice if something you ask for won't work well.

I came just before closing and they took me in anyway. She went a little fast but it was ok because I really needed my feet attended to and they were closed. My pedicure included a little massage, the water was hot for soaking my feet, she scrubbed the dead skin, and the color turned out great. I would recommend them.

I'm torn on this place.  The facilities were very nice,  but I feel like I got scammed here.  I went in for a fill. The lady kept trying to convince me to do a fill with shellac. I asked her what the cost was and she told me $25 for shellac and the regular pricing for a normal fill on their board was $15. I told her I'd go with a regular fill. She proceeded to bring me the shellac colors and said "no you will like shellac". I then told her no again and mentioned that they didn't have the color I wanted in their shellac selection anyway. She tried again to convince me and I said no. She looked irritated and then sent me over to a table. I got the fill done (ok job) and went with a matte topcoat instead of glossy. I went to pay and the lady told me it would be $20. I asked her why the extra $5 and she told me that's what they charge to do a matte topcoat. Couple things: 1) she never told me I would be charged extra for this at any time 2) I've never EVER been charged extra just because the topcoat was matte and not glossy anywhere in the 10 plus years I've been getting my nails done at any salon. You have to get a topcoat with any fill anyway so I'm not sure why this was extra. I asked her about this and explained I was never told about a charge for this and I've never been charged for that anywhere else. She shrugged and did nothing.  I'm disappointed because I thought I had found a nice place close to my house to get my nails done, but I don't appreciate feeling like I was ripped off and/or pressured into something I didn't want. Sadly I don't think I'll be back and I won't recommend to friends solely on the customer service.
