I have been a client for over 2 years. Always a good tipper, never had any issues. Today I go in  only expecting to do mani and eyebrows, then decided to get a pedi also. She say 10 minutes and puts me in one of the pedi stations to let my feet soak. Now, being that I'm not a noob at a nail salon, when they are obviously busy and tell me 10 minutes, I expect there to be at least 20-30 minutes wait. So, I sat there. And, after 30 minutes with my feet soaking, pruning at this point, they start doing nails on a girl that had walked in AFTER I did. So I got up, asked if I could just get the wax and be done. She says they are just going to start. I was already annoyed because they had started her first, so I said, no just the wax please. Her response was they don't have time to do wax now because the lady just started doing someone else's nails. But she could do a pedi. The lady that had just started doing the person in front of me nails couldn't be bothered to do the wax for the person next in line. Perfect 10 has officially lost my business. I give 3 stars because they do good work, but wasting my time is not good business.

I have been to many nail salons in Renton hunting for "the one" and this place definitely has everything I am looking for! I got a wonderful neck and arm massage before my manicure and an equally wonderful leg and foot massage during my pedicure. It's very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

I went here because the rating was good. I went in on my only day off to relax. So I went all out and got the $45 pedicure. The massage was pretty good. But the next day paint was missing from two nails and one is super red (irritated)

Always great service and their gel lasts until you get it removed
