I went to get my acrylics done, no one spoke English which was difficult for me since I only speak English. The lady cut 8/10 fingers, with the filing machine. Never changed the bits. Didn't push my cuticles back. The nails came out uneven, very thick, and very unnatural looking. It literally looked like I bought a pack of fake nails from the grocery store. My fingers were bloody, didn't wipe off my blood or put antiseptic. She kept on working on my fingers with blood coming out. I noticed she even got blood on the machine. VERY UNSANITARY. Now I'm worried about HIV, hepatitis. I tagged them in my photo on instagram, they said that I tagged the wrong place then continued to message me in Spanish (had someone translate for me) saying I have the wrong place, I'm confused and what was the name of the nail tech. Once I proved that it WAS that place, they blocked me. Didn't even respond back. The next morning, my fingers were throbbing from all the cutting. It literally felt like I went through surgery. A WEEK LATER IM STILL DEALING WITH SCABBED FINGERS.
