Took an elderly neighbor in Tuesday 3/13, as she wanted to sit and discuss buying a ticket to Hungary. Before I even got her out of the car, I purposely went in and asked if someone had the time to chat with her. One lady said yes, so I brought her in. I guess she was having problems logging in, so asked the lady closest to the door if she wouldn’t mind helping us, to which she only replied with the loudest, rudest huff and puff you could imagine. The lady we were already sitting with finally got logged in. While my neighbor was telling her what she needed, this lady was very short with her. She made it clear that they have no relationship with the airlines anymore, and they make no money off tickets. She was very rude and abrupt with my neighbor again, so I had to snap at her. She literally told my neighbor she “doesn’t have the time to sit and look at all the options because there’s just too many”. My neighbor is the sweetest thing and didn’t deserve that. I made sure to get her out of there before spending any of her money there. TERRIBLE attitudes, and zero customer service skills! How is this place still even in business?!?

Nancy set up a great 2 week trip for 2 to South Africa and Munich (Kristkindlmarkt). Not one hitch from Jo'burg-Durban-Capetown-Munich-O'Hare. Accommodations were MORE than I am used to. Nancy used 'Audley Tours' to usher us around S. Africa. Tip: Try Lufthansa routes to GET to South Africa; you may avoid a case of bronchitis.

Always informative. They have set up several wonderful vacations where I don't even have to think. Everything is set up with an itinerary.
