The ladies restroom was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The seats weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be but my overall experience was nice.

I can handle a poor movie selection, and I have come to expect outrageous prices, but the manager, Eric (i think?), is one of the foulest human beings in the customer service industry I have ever encountered. He has been ruining the movie-going experience for me for over twenty years and corporate doesn't care. He insults directly, mutters under his breath, and criticizes customers for anything and everything. He is seriously the reason I will drive two hours out of town for a movie just to avoid his snide remarks. Other employees try their best, but you cannot form a relationship with them because he is barking orders from his chair while they are overworked and gone by your next visit.

I don't have many to compare it to, but as far as the theater itself goes: it's okay. Mostly just out dated. The screen is fairly small and the chairs need to be replaced, the 3D is barely there and only gives you a headache, the place is always FREEZING. Other than that, most of my qualms have to do with the customer service and the movie selection. If you live in Natchez, you'll have to drive an hour or more just to see any movie that isn't extremely mainstream. Even if your movie of choice is here, GOOD LUCK being able to have the CHANCE to see it with how incredibly short run times are. (Unless it's Star Wars or Frozen). Now the customer service. Most of the people that work here are nice and helpful! Except for the manager. Everyone I know has had issues with this guy, and almost every negative review on here is about HIM. He yelled at me for using my phone in the lobby before the movie, and caught a big attitude because I took 3 seconds too long getting my I.D from my wallet. The sad thing is, that's nit picking compared to other reviewers. The prices for this theater are also ridiculous considering the size and comfort of the place. Unfortunately, I will continue to use this theater due it being the only place here. However, if you have the will to drive somewhere else for a movie: do it.

I purchased my ticket via Fandango to see Black Panther on February 19, 2018 at 12:30PM. When I arrived to the theater, there was a long line at the ticket box but since I bought my ticket online, I knew I could skip the line and go straight to the ticket taker and then go get my seat. That wasn’t the case. When I walked in, Eric Villers, who was at the ticket box, stuck his head out and shouted very rudely at me to “go stand in line”. I showed him my ticket on my phone and he said very rudely “I don’t have an usher so you need to stand in line”. The purpose of buying tickets online is to avoid the line. So not only did I have to wait in a long, slow line, I had to stand in the heat, and I wasn’t able to get a good seat. A woman walked came after me about 15 minutes later and walked in with her ticket on her phone and Villers yelled rudely at her too to go stand in line. I hate to make it a racial issue but myself and the lady after me are both African American. A 3rd lady, who was white walked in after greeted by Villers with a calm voice “Can I help you?”. Villers yelled rudely at the black people and was calm and nice with the white woman. This is unacceptable. Not only do we have to deal with the inconvenience of standing in line after purchasing an online ticket but we had to be yelled at line we weren’t valued as customers. I will make sure to tell people to not go here and I will never spend my money here again.

An antiquated building in desperate need of renovation. Incompetent projectionists frequently lead to movies being too dark to see, cropped incorrectly, or sounding wrong. The manager is extremely rude and walks around with a chip on his shoulder, insulting movie-goers at every turn. Regal simply DOESN'T CARE. Every complaint about the extremely rude manager is met with a copy paste reply and a shrug, as far as I'm aware, he's still there. The movie selection is quite frankly pathetic, catering only to blockbuster popcorn flicks and children's movies, while other highly sought after large-scale films don't even get so much as a narrow release window. Just recently I was interested in seeing "The Disaster Artist", a James Franco film with a wide-scale release. Nope, how about "Justice League" or "Daddy's Home 2"? I have a hard time thinking of a worse way to experience a film. Make the drive to McComb, Jackson, Baton Rouge, etc, stay far away from this theater.
