Is your money financing climate change?  It’s high time banks like Barclays were held up alongside fossil fuel companies as the main architects of the climate crisis. Instead of bankrolling oil drilling and deforestation, they should be pumping billions into renewable energy and forest restoration.

Not sure what the point of this branch is. There are no counter services. Just staff to help you use the ATM machines. This branch is simply for ATM services. Even then, the ATM's cheque depositing service is not reliable

Good service! I open my account quickly. Wonderful!! The receptionist is handsome French man with a pair of blue eyes like ocean yeah I am that superficial By the way Nonain is such a nice and efficient person. She’s a wonderful woman!

I had a great experience at this Branch. Staff member Siobhan was so patient and pleasant, as I had some trouble depositing a cheque with the bank machine. Overall Siobhan made a it a really pleasant experience when usually it is always quite chore.

Around a year and a half ago, I went to this branch to order a new debit card, the woman who served me was very nice and helpful, she got it sorted out quickly. This week, when I came through the door, the two staff members standing there gave me funny looks a "Can I help you?" would have been nice. I asked if I could replace my lost debit card, and the guy tells me that they don't do that service in this particular branch, and that I would have to wait until tomorrow this was Sunday and go to a different one. Great, I'll just sit around waiting whilst literally anyone could have gotten their hands on my card! Ended up ringing Barclays to report my card as lost, and the person on the phone was very helpful, thank God.

Wasted an hour of my life! None of the 3 cash machines were taking cash in. Had to queue for 20 minutes to ask a 2 simple questions, the stuff wouldn't interrupt for a second to sort me out and let me go. Another 10 minutes of waiting after finally someone asked the reason of my visit. The result is: none of ATMs were able to take cash in, they said to try to the outdoor one but that one didnt process my request either. And they locked the door closed down. I wasted half an hour of waiting plus commute, an hour of my Saturday morning is gone!

Friendly and helpful officer. Waiting time for an appointment to open a bank account during the start of school term could be up to a month. Make use of their online + over the phone booking to get an appointment early. I didn't have to wait long couple of working days to receive my atm card in the mail

First pleasent experience with Barclays after trying to open an account with 2 other branches. Thanks to Daniel Wilson-Methie for being super fast in processing, friendly and helpful. Made a huge difference in my Barclays overall Experience
