Although proximity banking is convenient, do not bank here. If you must indulge in consumer banking use a more reliable and friendly company. This is only from experience in the Martinsburg WV branches however.

Very kind and courteous. I had lost my bank card without realizing it. When I called them to report it I found out that someone had called trying to get info and access to my account. The safety measures they have in place saved me, a single mother, a lot loss and stress
