Well I called asking to get picked up at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel near the airport. They told me the driver would be there in 20-25 minutes....... never showed up. 45 minutes later I decided to just get uber. I didn't want to use my credit card which is why I was trying to pay cash. Hmmmmm.... no wonder Taxis are going out of service.

Wow just wow. And never again. We had a wedding to be at by 4pm . We were traveling with 9 people and reserved a large cab 2 weeks in advance .. cab was scheduled to be here at 320pm. And they never even showed up. We had to drive 3 separate vehicles and all 9 of us were late to a close cousins wedding. We almost walked down the Isle with the bride do not plan to use this company if you have an important place to go or be at. So nerve wrecking and very inconsiderate

I called to schedule a cab 5 hours ahead...when i called to verify they were coming.....NO DRIVERS!! NOT PERFESSIONAL!!! HIRE AMERICAN!!!

The cab driver, named Richard Sabau, ran our card for the first trip under "United Cab Company", and proceeded to give us his card for when we needed to be picked up later that evening, in Cleveland. When he did pick us up to take up back to our hotel, he charged our card under his name, rather than the cab company, and has since repeatedly charged our bank account over and over, racking up hundreds of dollars in absurd charges, until the bank caught it. Do NOT USE THIS CAN COMPANY-THEY ARE THIEVES.
