Jesus what a great company! I got my policy from them for my home and auto insurance. They saved me on my home alone $560 a year and my auto $334 a year. They hooked me up with Mercury insurance and shopped it with several other companies. Their customer service was also something else. Got my my policies in less than 45 min. Their very good at what they do and I will recommend them to all friends and family. Thank you United for your assistance and look forward to working with you for years to come! A+

I just bought a new car and this is the first time I’ve ever needed full coverage insurance. My dad uses United so I thought I should call them and see if they could help me find a good rate. Because I’m so young most insurance companies were quoting me rates I couldn’t even begin to afford. United however found me something that fit perfectly in my budget. I also really appreciate that they treated me like any other customer even though I’m in my early 20s. They didn’t talk down to me or anything like that. They are so kind and very professional.

United Direct Insurance is amazing!! They did such a wonderful job handling my insurance needs. I have my car insurance policy with them an their customer service is great. Plus, it doesn't hurt that they gave me such a great price. I'm really happy that I use them, they've saved me so much money.

I am a new customer of United Direct and I have to say I’m very impressed so far. They have been so nice so far and are always there to help when I have questions. I’m one of those people that always has a million and one follow up questions about things and they always seem happy that I called.

They have helped me save a lot of money on both of my insurance policies and are very easy to work with so I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering.

This was the best insurance company I've had the pleasure of working with. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable in dealing with a policy that, to me, was really intimidating. I'm a first time home owner and really had no idea what I was doing when it came to properly insuring my home. They were so patient and explained so much. After leaving I really feel like I got the best coverage possible. I am so thankful and will recommend their services to my friends and family.
