Completely useless.  I tried calling to ask a question about insurance and the salesman on the phone did not even try to help understand my needs.   When I asked if there was anyone in the area that can help me with my use case he said no and offered nothing in the way of customer service or friendliness at all.

My representative is Fred Dabiri who is fantastic. Not only is he timely with responses, but his services are immaculate. He always takes the time to response to any questions I have and update my account as needed. 

Independent Group Agency has constantly found ways for me to save money - and have always provided DISCOUNTS. After having insurance for only 6 months, I received a letter telling me they lowered my insurance $450 dollars for the following 6 months - for me that equated to dropping my payment $75.00 per month! Additionally, this agency provides DISCOUNTS for automatic cash withdrawals, college degree advantages, and most importantly: I feel they have truly looked out for my benefit since I signed up. 

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Independent Group Agency! And if you get Fred as a representative, you are golden! :)

I started with IGA in early 2000. I have had several policies with them. Home, auto, and business. Their staff and management are very professional and knowledgeable. They take good care of you.

IGA team are professionals, courteous and trustworthy with competitive rates and quick turnaround.  I have been a client for years.  I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Fred Rabiri of  Independent Group Agency, Inc misrepresented  the non-owner liability insurance he was selling me.  He lied about the cancellation fee and minimum payment mode of the insurance.  This is particularly upsetting given I asked him several times over the phone and in person if there is any early cancellation fee and the minimum payment mode, as I might not need the policy a few months down the road.  When I confronted him later, here comes his excuses, oh I don't sell this type of insurance often so I don't remember the fee, or you didn't ask about the monthly payment options.  It's all lies.  The whole agency is a SCAM given he himself is the CEO of the agency.  So my advise is RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!
