I had to go to the post office 2 days in a row. Both of those days I encountered a rude, bad attitude ,!with no respect employee by the name of sonovia. I had to go in there to pick up a package twice and the lady clearly showed she did not want to deal with my reason of visits . I highly suggest that she needs serious  customer service training or someone nicer, like the gentleman that used to work there take her spot . I’m a person that ships and picks up packages regularly and I would not want to encounter this every time I need to go in there.

Front counter staff are always friendly and greet me with a smile when I first walk in. They also go the extra mile to help any way they can.

I am sure the post office is fine.  We went in to get our passports and they were not doing passports that day.  It would have been nice to have a banner on the page saying they were not doing passports that day.  Or even a sign on the door.  This just added more pain to an already lengthy overpriced poorly-ran bureaucratic process.
