I have always found the workers at this location friendly, courteous and eager to engage in pleasant conversation.  A few months before date of this review, I arrived slightly late to mail my income tax return to the IRS for a big refund.  One of the male clerks who works front lobby mail counters unlocked the door to let me in to buy a stamp anyway.  Then he was nice enough to pay an extra 21 cents due in 1st class postage, as my envelope was too heavy for 1 stamp, from so many Schedules attached to my 1040 Form!

I am sure the post office is fine.  We went in to get our passports and they were not doing passports that day.  It would have been nice to have a banner on the page saying they were not doing passports that day.  Or even a sign on the door.  This just added more pain to an already lengthy overpriced poorly-ran bureaucratic process.

I have this post office for my home. If you get your mail and I mean your mail and not someone else' you are doing great. I hardly ever have the same mail man. I rarely even receive mail. I own rental homes in other states have always had the payments sent to my home and here I can't seem to get any payments. I am being forced to go and rent a PO BOX just in order to receive the payments. The box I rent I can tell you will not come from this post office. I have called and complained a couple of times and it probably has made it worse. I was told by the station manager that she has to do what she has to do. Unfortunately doesn't help me with my mail. I spoke to my neighbors and low and behold they have the same problem and have also complained, with no luck. Today I will be calling the 1-800 customer service line and making a formal complaint about this post office. Very, very frustrating!
