Saturday’s are always understaffed for volume. Waited for 55 minutes to s nd a simple flat rate box. There’s only one automated mailing kiosk and there’s at least 45- minute wait as well. Please install more automated mailers!!
Staffs are exceptional!! The poor rating reflects very poor government management. No customer service mentality in planning.

I hardly ever write google review (I don't remember writing any?) BUT:
They sometimes do their jobs here. Half the time when I've called, they picked up the phone and immediately hung it back up. They've lost two of my packages. Lastly, every word out of their mouths sounds like a their souls are screaming. Please hire friendly people!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: I called multiple times to see if my packages had been returned to the sender, as my packages were not delivered as addressed. Every time, the person on the phone said "I'm sorry I looked, it's not in our office anymore so it's probably still in transit to the sender."
Over a week later, I went into the office today and within 5 minutes they found both of my packages with not quite a smile, but definitely a grin of satisfaction. Moral of the story, don't bother calling for help. Go into the office and you'll be at least twice as pleased with the service.

First time there today. Horrible experience! The staff at the counter are rude, not upbeat, and were trying to up sell. They gave me incorrect information and pretty much made me feel scared about my piece of mail being handled properly. They have no idea that Im feeling this way because I maintained my composure, but Ill be writing a review to corporate, Facebook, and Yelp. Especially after seeing all these negative reviews. The post office doesn't care about its workers so why in the world are they trying to up sell? And why on earth make someone feel uneasy about their mail? Remember its ILLEGAL to mess with someones parcels and mail!

The delivery drivers are straight up thieves.  Insurance means nothing to them.  Confusion is their best friend.  If you want your packages stolen, go here.
