I have had a wonderful experience here over my past few visits. Even in the height of the holiday mailing season I have found the staff to be helpful, courteous and speedy. They have been able to answer questions about bulk mailing needs and much more. I've also seen them handle less than pleasant customers with a great deal of patience.

I have tried dropping things in the drive-by box as well as inside the post office and items are often scanned late for tracking or even collected days late. In particular, I dropped off an item in the drive-by post box and according to tracking it sat there for 4 days before being collected and shipped. Looks like they aren't careful about removing all items from the box.

If you're in this part of town and concerned about things getting shipped out, I'd recommend just going a few more minutes south to the Cherrybell Distribution Center because they collect again at 7 PM and scan immediately.

This place is a joke. I ordered my husband a jacket online, customized it with our last name making it nonrefundable. We came home today to find it in front of our home, thrown over our stone wall WITH OUT DOG CHEWING IT. I had all alerts on my phone and yet never got one saying it was delivered. Went to speak with supervisor and was told they are "allowed" to throw packages over the walls (unless we say not to)and  they may not have known there was a dog. BS my dog barks at everything and even if there wasnt a dog I would not expect it to be thrown over. Its common sense. Terrible service.

Sent a package priority mail... Two weeks later I get the package back without explanation... Their system shows the package is "en route"... Supervisor told me they'd be courteous enough to resend the package at no charge but WOULD NOT upgrade the service. Terrible experience

Very bad service, the male officer at the window lied to me because he didn't want to find my package. However, I'm not stupid like you thought.
