I just came back from sending off packages. There were so many disorganized and belligerent customers (the wait was not that long). One was literally arguing at every question the post office worker had (type of mail, is it fragile/liquids/food, need stamps, etc.) that it was the worker's job to know and then gave a list of how much he works and others should do the same (so, non-answers and insults). I'd like to point out the post office worker fixed all the addresses (return and forward) that the customer got wrong and also packaging issues. My worker helped me with fixing some issues as well, and very politely. Thank you again for the help and information so I can prepare my packages more properly. I can trust that my packages and mail are handled well through USPS. Please find a way that can protect your employees from disguntled customers, that level of harrassment is unacceptable and the workers should not have to deal with those kinds of behaviors.

Twice in a row I've ended up with the same worker and it's extremely clear he doesn't like his job. I don't appreciate my package being tossed around on the desk or being spoke to the way he did. I wasn't the only one he was acting like this either.

Such a wonderful hotel and even more amazing staff! We had some setbacks this summer and they have totally helped us! Clean rooms, nice workout room, Starbucks.. Oh and great location of the hotel. Walmart is just across the street and the mall is maybe 2 minutes away.

Janine (whomever answers the phone) is a wonderful lady. Had to call several times to find out info about a package.. She obviously was busy and the only one there that morning (as she stated) but she was so good to help me get my package situations resolved. I know she really had no obligation to fufill my request as it was my problem and not the post offices. But she was great. Very patient with me. Thanks Janine!
