The employees clearly get paid by the hour. They take their sweet time and don't hurry to try and help everyone. Then right when the time hits to close, they close down. There's not even any warning and it'll turn several away

I shipped a box on Tuesday morning and paid for 3 day shipping and was told by the clerk that it would make it before Christmas. Now it is Saturday night and the tracking says the box arrived at the regional distribution center in Coppell Texas around 8PM. I shipped a second box at the same time on the same day to the same location and that box went through Coppell on Wednesday. I understand the concept of "it's not a guarantee to be there in 3 days" but at least I expect the item to ship the day I drop it off, especially when it's several hours before the mail gets picked up. Why did my package, which contains Christmas gifts that are now going to be late, sit at this post office for 3 days before leaving?????

Very friendly and helpful employees! I also rarely have to wait in a line.

The shipping window does not stay open through that advertised business hours.
