I usually go to this post office on a regular basis. Nick always takes care of me. However he was busy today so a lady assisted me. I told her I simply needed a smaller envelope to ship some car parts that were much smaller than the box I had, I was about to provide her with the address to ship them to and she looks at me and says with these exact words. “Sir there are other places that would be happy to package and ship this item for you but not here”. You mean to tell me you cant give me an envelope to ship this in and type in the address and print a label?!  Absolute laziness. I immediately called one of my family members that is a postmaster as I walked out. I then drove over to UPS and they were happy to mail it for me. Anyways. If you want someone to help you there that is a very nice person and helpful go to Nick!

Lazy rude employees. Awful customer service. They need to hire more personable people who appreciate their jobs. So many Americans looking for work I do not know why they don't replace these horrible obnoxious people. The mail carrier rarely scans my packages upon picking them up. When I called to complain the person who answered the phone abruptly put me on hold while I was in mid sentence then I was disconnected 5 minutes later. When I tried to call back several times over the next hour nobody would pick up the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. Management does not care either. Complaints get shrugged off as if they have no importance. The ENTIRE staff including management needs to be replaced.

My favorite post office! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I go there often for my supervisor and I have witnessed them handle very difficult and rude customers in a calm and helpful manner. They always keep the line moving even when they are packed. I appreciate their willingness to assist me and the knowledge they hold. 5 star service!

Terrible Service. Ill tempered, unhelpful workers who are paid by us--the local tax payer. The manager talked about me in the third person right infront of me!!  I see why they have such a crappy rating. In my office they would be fired immediately for talking bad about customers!!

Vickie was incredibly rude and impatient! I had my entire box ready including the label. All I needed was to put the label on it and she YELLED at me to go to the side table to finish. How rude! There was no one else in line. I was so embarrassed and caught off guard that I cried on my way out. Yelling at a customer is so uncalled for.
