Absolutely horrible customer service. I have never experienced anything like this before. I went to pick up my package and I did not have my tracking number with me, as I was told all I would need is my I.D. The extremely rude woman at the front said she couldn't find my package using my address or my I.D, she said she can only search packages by tracking #. Fortunately for me I was able to pull up my tracking # via my email. Once I gave her my tracking # she still could not find my package. (I've been here 30 minutes at this point) the supervisor eventually got involved and she was just as rude as the front desk clerk. My package was misplaced and rather than me getting an apology the supervisor told me they could not find my package due to the fact the name on the package was misspelled.... after I was told the name was irrelevant and they do not look up packages by name. The other woman also yelled at me as I was explaining what happened to the supervisor. This was a terrible experience that I hope to never go thru again. I have NEVER been to a more unprofessional establishment in my life nor have I ever been treated so badly. This happened a couple months ago but I have yet to forget about it! I called corporate and put in a complaint and they were supposed to reach back out to me to do further investigating but I have not heard from them since. I have not been back to this location since.

This isn't the worst post office in Douglasville but they still have issues. They don't cater to the business client because they can't even fix their package bin that has been broken for over 6 months and they fail to regularly empty ANY bins so you end up either not being able to drop anything off or having to wait in the line to give it to someone. If they fixed these issues, they would be a pretty good post office but those things make it a useless place for businesses to try to send packages.

Not sure who delivered the mail today in Anneewakee Trails development in the 30135 area not regular delivery persons. Was flying through so fast I had to get in the car track them down to get my pre-paid packages to them. I had no mail delivered which is highly unusual especially since nothing was delivered over the weekend. I also have a package on the way that indicates in the tracking out for delivery since 1:00 pm that still has not been delivered... it is 6:17 pm..I asked where is my mail and package he responded something about he will be delivering up until 8:00 pm NEVER HEARD OF THIS.. why would you zip by a house you have mail for and keep going when you were just there??? makes no sense. Now that I am thinking I am concerned about the packages I gave this carrier....still not indicating it was scanned....Pease do better with mail delivery you already have to wait until the afternoon to get your mail..waiting until 8:00 pm (which is unlikely), or the next day is very unacceptable..plenty of people need jobs hire folks if you need help!

It's a post office, a government job. The self serve section is great except you can't put the boxes together without tape and depending on who you is wether you get tape or not. The check out counter is run mostly by nice people who are just in no hurry even if you are.
