This is BY FAR the worst customer service that the Post Office has!   Every other post office in the Douglasville area has better customer service (some of them have great service) but this one seems to have all of the MISERABLE people who really don't want to help you.   this is a STAY AWAY place for business owners because you will just leave frustrated and probably still need to go to another post office to get what you need.   Seriously AWFUL

If I could give negative stars, I probably would.    There are a couple of nice people who work here but there are a couple of hags who make this an incredibly unpleasant place to go, especially if you are a business who does a lot of mailing.   They never empty any of their boxes (which seems super basic to taking more mail -- right?) so you always end up either jamming it or having mail that you can't put anywhere and when you talk to them in the actual "customer service" area, they don't see you as a customer nor do they treat you with respect or help -- the DMV and the IRS have better customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I would've. It took 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive my credit card in the mail. This can not be legal for them to hold someone's mail for that long nor does it take that long for mail to be delivered. Get more help!
