If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible mail delivery service. I've been at my apartment for 2 years and have written (myself) our names. I still receive mail from previous tenants. I've also gone in to personally complain and habe been told it will be fixed without any luck. Still the same. I have ordered insurance cards and have them never come only to find out they were rejected by the Fallbrook post office as non deliverable. What the hell. Knowing what I know now I would have never gotten rid of my p.o. box in Vista. Complaining does nothing. Wish there was a way to go higher up.

ZERO STARS IF THEY HAD THAT CHOICE - Jackie Marshall, I am having the same issue and it never happened in all our 15 years in Rainbow until last week - TWICE - the carrier has left large parcels on the roadside near our mailbox rather than drive 400' up the driveway to put at our door. People steal mail and parcels all the time in these rural locations and it is unbelievable that the Fallbrook office won't do something about it. I've tried to call multiple times and it's as though they keep the phone off the hook; a constant rapid busy signal. Unbelievable. Like you, I believe our "good carrier" is somewhere else, perhaps vacation, IDK, but the replacement is a lazy and careless employee who should be reprimanded no more than once!

I grew up in Fallbrook. I looked up this post office on the map page to check their hours because I needed to re-new my passport. I noticed how low their review score was; I almost didn't go in but the other post office I use had a similar rating. I bit my lip and went in. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I got in Angelica's line and she made several very important recommendations about my passport application that I had no way of knowing independently of her advice. I was incredibly surprised and impressed with her high level of customer service that I had to tell her the whole story of how low the reviews were and now I'm telling you. I had superb customer service when I went in. I hope you do too.

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They cannot deliver packages to my front door -- not sure why. I have called 3 times and spoken to supervisors and it keeps happening. The final straw was leaving a package on the ground at the end of my driveway after several days of rain because they were too lazy to drive 500 feet to the front of my house and walk 50 feet to my front door. I have tried calling and apparently they are no longer answering their phone. I get a busy signal or a fax. I have had numerous packages lost as well. We actually have a regular mail person who is fantastic and I believe she is so good that they move her around and leave our neighborhood to the people who do not have any pride in what they do. If I could give zero stars, I would.
