Best USPS and Passport service!!! Best customer service goes to Sai!!!

This is a first time I have EVER had a good experience in a post office.  I am so used to poor customer service that I was very surprised at the great encounter I had at the Area 22 Post Office.  I must thank and applaud the postal rep whose first name was “Sai”, because she is the reason I am putting in this review.  She was polite, professional, and efficient when processing our passport applications; she knew the paperwork inside out.  It is a shame though.   While awaiting our appointment, we watched streams of customers flooding in.   We could see she was swamped at the counter; basically doing the job of two people.  It was exhausting to watch, but she did it without complaint and with a smile.  Thank you Miss Sai for my very first good experience at a US Post Office.

Can anyone tell me the phone operational hours. Other then that always clean and organize.
