Do NOT go here for anything typically associated with your local POST OFFICE! The place does NOT handle mail at all (unlike what google makes you believe). This is the USPS Passport center. It ONLY handles passport related things. So no mail handling, shipping supplies, stamps, etc here folks. With that said, this place must get a lot of frustrated customers. Google showed this as the only post office open on a Sunday near me. I headed out and after finding parking in it’s really tiny parking lot, I set foot inside with my large parcel in hand to find a whole bunch of seated folks stare at me. The place looks like the DMV on the inside. People waiting for their number to be called. It was a deer in the headlights moment. I didn’t want to wait in line to ask if the place handles mail, so I checked the information on the door instead. The door showed no signs of any mail handling services at this facility, instead, offered the addresses of nearby offices labeled “retail services”. I was ready to head back to my car when I saw another dude with a parcel in hand experience a similar fate. Like I said, many upset customers. When he stepped out I asked him how he found he place, and like me his answer was google. Google doesn’t identify the place as a passport center for whatever reason. Save yourself the trouble, and take your mail to your known local office. —- If you found this review helpful or you enjoy clicking on things.. I’d be delighted if you gave it a 👍🏼 like. Cheers 🍻.

I came here at a time where there weren't too many people so luckily I didn't have to wait all that long. HOWEVER, if I knew the STAFF here were EXTREMELY RUDE, I would have definitely gone somewhere else! Guess I should have read the previous reviews for this location BEFORE going there. First and LAST time! and hoping to never have to come back here again. These people need to LEARN MANNERS - Very disappointing!

Absolutely regretting the fact that I did not read these reviews first. Even though I already had postage-paid and simply needed to drop off packages, and the u.s. postal website states that they are open for retail business on Sundays I was mocked by the employees from the moment I stepped in the door. This was beyond unhelpful, it was insulting. I just drove 30 minutes out of my way to get mocked by a u.s. government employee. You must not have seen the sign on the door? It says retail hours open, nothing about only being passports. Never going back to this one again.

If I could give this place zero stars, believe me I would. I first came here to ask a simple question of what I need in order to renew my passport and the worker was extremely rude to me. I also asked how much this whole process was and his reaction towards that was just waving a piece of paper in my face stating "this paper has the prices. if you NEED to ask anything else, wait until i'm finished with this." Acting as if I'm such a huge bother and if multitasking wasn't a thing. I have returned with all the items needed, and out of the three people behind the counter, only one is attending the customers. And the other two are just standing. This is a place where people want to be in and out. There are 20 people ahead of me and I can't even begin to imagine the kind of wait I will experience.
