This is the rudest 'customer non-service' that I've experienced, anywhere. The women that work at the counter, act like YOU work for THEM. I had to drag the correct info out of one of the reps, who just tried to give me some shipping answer that didn't even make logical common sense. They are inconsistent, I've seen them insist some people show valid ID when using a Credit Card transaction and then others use theirs, and they don't even ask for it. There is a woman at the counter that literally just stares you down, no verbal exchange, if she feels like it. It's obnoxious and awkward, as you are waiting for her to respond to your question or comment. It's frustrating; because, I have to use this location. We're moving in August. Can't wait. It can't be worse at the next P.O.

So I was expecting a package, I decided to go in and ask them, to hold it, so I could come pick it up, well they said they would & then it accidentally got sent it out for delivery. Well, the supervisor Tom is awesome & very good at his job. He made sure he contacted the mailman that delivered in my area to let him know about the mistake & my package was brought back to the post office so I could pick it up.  And he also called me to let me know what had happened. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Plus from the time I went in about my package til I picked up the staff was on point! Thank You!

I can go three days a week without mail and then get it on a Sunday. U should have packages delivered and they don't show up. Many of the mailmen dress like slobs. Do you even deliver on Sundays? Never heard of that before. Pretty much a joke, how do people even get these jobs?

I cannot say enough how horrible this branch is. The ladies here must have defected from the DMV of yesteryear. Go here if you want to be abused. It's not just one incident for me, try more like 5 or 8 over the time I gone to this location... and it's not just me they are hateful to. They are terrible to pretty much everyone. I have been in line and watched them pounce on their prey then suck the life out of them. Workers at this location would benefit greatly from some charm school or group therapy.
