I will NEVER go to the Havelock NC - USPS again --- I will drive 1/2 mile further to UPS. Last week was my final straw - there is  a certain tall female employee that is always rude and always tries to "impose rules" that NO other USPS location demands. I've asked other USPS places about certain things that she "claims" are rules and they disagree. I've seen the rudeness for the past 5 years----NO more.

Absolutely terrible and by far the worst post office I have ever used or conducted business with! I much rather deal with shipping and receiving my mail through on base post office! This place is by far the rudest workers I have ever encountered! The one older African American woman is the worst clerk they have! She is so rude and does not even pay attention to the people that come in! She always has an attitude with me when I come in! You work in customer care and support if you don't like people then being a postal clerk is not right for you! If I could I would rate this the worst in the country! I understand the hardships of being a clerk my father was one!

Wow where to begin with this place! I would give this 0 stars if it was possible! No questions about it this is the worst place I have ever visited, not just worst post office! The worst place EVER! The staff goes out of their way to be obnoxiously rude! I have however seen two new staff members a younger woman and a younger gentleman, both have been very pleasant. I'm hoping that this is a sign of change for the better! The worst part is, I could deal with all the rude customer service attendants if they just did their job correctly. I'd happily look past the fact that they are in a customer service position with absolutely no customer service skills! However they cant even do simple tasks! There are so many incidents where things have not been done correctly everything from mail delivery to change of address and even mail forwarding. I'm not going to even bore you with them all! The USPS should be ashamed to have their name on this building and really need to do an internal investigation on their staff's customer service abilities as well as their ability to perform the tasks necessary to be in the position they are in! It's a real shame considering people can't just stop going to this location. They need to get their mail out! Hopefully with the 2 new friendly staff I've seen recently things can start to change a little, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll change my review when i stop seeing so many screw ups with my mail as well as with my interactions in the post office!

P.S. they also always have a busy signal pretty sure they leave the phone off the hook! Every single time I've tried to call (even sometimes just to see if its STILL busy) ... yup still busy!

Absolutely the rudest woman I've ever encountered!!!!! I have NEVER been treated so horrible or with such disrespect! If you dislike your job so bad or have zero manners maybe you should not be working with the public!!!!! I've over-looked the attitudes several times before but this last experience blew me away! I most definitely will not be shipping from this one ever again!
